      Vassar is investing half a billion dollars to build a 696,000-square-foot pavilion and renovate 14,000 square feet of existing space. Every aspect of the pavilion is designed to support our high standards for quality, safety, operational efficiency.

      Each patient room has a pull-out sofa bed and flat screen TV creating a space that is designed to welcome families and allow them to assist in the healing process.

      A spacious, hotel-like lobby bathed in natural light welcomes patients, staff and visitors, and offers plenty of comfortable seating.

      A 240-seat café will offer more menu choices for employees and visitors in a pleasant indoor and outdoor space.

      • 30 Private Critical Care Rooms to expand and enhance the level of care Vassar can provide to patients in the most serious conditions.
      • 66-room Emergency Department with a Helistop and enclosed ambulance garage means more patients can receive trauma care close to home.
      • A 300-Seat Conference Center offers flexible space to host community education classes, medical conferences and local community group functions.
