A Leader in Rehabilitative Care

It’s important to choose a rehabilitation facility with a track record of successful outcomes. The Paul Rosenthal Rehabilitation Center has received the highest level of accreditation awarded to rehabilitation facilities from the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). CARF awards this accreditation to facilities that undergo a rigorous peer review process and demonstrate programs and services that are of high quality, measurable and accountable.

Insurance

As a Health Quest affiliate, we accept many health insurance plans. Upon referral to our program, the admission liaison will work with your insurance company to verify coverage. These findings will be communicated to you prior to admission as well as ongoing during your rehab stay.

A treatment plan designed for you

Upon admission, The Paul Rosenthal Rehabilitation Center’s rehabilitation team will review your unique situation and establish realistic treatment goals. Using these goals as a guide, the team will design an active rehabilitation program to meet your needs.

Rehabilitation requires hard work, determination and a willingness to learn. You can expect:

  • To receive an individualized treatment plan designed around specific short- and long-term goals that are continuously reassessed for maximum benefit
  • To be out of bed and involved in therapy the majority of each day
  • To wear your own comfortable clothing that you would normally wear around the house, including comfortable and sturdy shoes
  • To benefit from one-on-one treatment and activities that build endurance, stamina, strength, independence, self-confidence and mobility
  • To work hard in therapy at least three hours a day, at least five days a week, with an abbreviated program on the sixth day
  • To participate in physical, occupational and speech therapy as necessary
  • To start early, sometimes before breakfast
  • To be tired at day’s end but satisfied as you see your efforts turn into accomplishments

Our experienced team will use evidence-based practices and comprehensive services to prevent secondary complications, minimize impairment and help you achieve your full potential.

Our Top Priority Is You

The entire staff at The Paul Rosenthal Rehabilitation Center is dedicated to the well-being of our patients.

Fall prevention
You may come to the Center with a condition that may cause you to feel weak and unsteady, leaving you more susceptible to falling. We have a fall program in place to help reduce the chances of falling, and all of the members of the rehabilitation team will educate you about our fall prevention program.

Pain management
Because pain management is essential to promote recovery, the medical director may prescribe medication to help alleviate pain. These medications should be taken in set doses and in set time frames in order to maximize the benefit. The care team will work with you to coordinate pain medication with your therapy schedule.

Patient Satisfaction

The entire staff at The Paul Rosenthal Rehabilitation Facility works tirelessly to ensure that each patient’s rehab experience is as rewarding and stress-free as possible. From housekeeping and dietary staff to therapists and the medical staff, patient recovery is our priority.
