Health Quest Medical Practice recently added two providers to the primary care office on the campus of Northern Dutchess Hospital, 6511 Springbrook Ave.

Dr. Hank Bacon comes from Health Quest Urgent Care in LaGrange, where he has cared for patients of all ages with a wide range of illnesses and injuries since 2013.

The local resident received his medical degree in osteopathic medicine from The New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, Nassau County. After his 2010 graduation, he completed a three-year Family Medicine residency at South Nassau Communities Hospital.

Also new is Elizabeth Horner, a family medicine physician assistant from the City of Poughkeepsie. Since 2004, she has worked as a physician assistant at Village Medical in Pawling, now owned by NYU Langone.

Horner graduated from the physician assistant program at Albany Medical College. She was named to Hudson Valley Parent’s “2017 Favorite Docs and Healthcare Providers” list.
