Neurologist joins Health Quest movement disorders program

Posted: 2/20/2019

Neurologist Jennifer Pallone recently joined Health Quest’s Movement Disorders Program, with office hours in Highland and Poughkeepsie.

Her practice will focus on Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, Tourette syndrome, essential tremors and more.

"My philosophy is to provide individual care to each patient, to take time and create a personal relationship so that I understand how their illness effects them both physically and emotionally,” Pallone said. “I want to provide a well-rounded approach to neurologic care not only for the patient, but for their caregivers as well.”

She comes from the Neurodegenerative Diseases Center of Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group in Winfield, Ill., where she spent the last five years. She was also with the Neurological Institute and Specialty Centers in Indiana, as the director of the Movement Disorder/Aging Brain Center.

She did back-to-back residences in neurology and internal medicine at Chicago Osteopathic Hospital and Medical Center. Her internship was at the Normandy Osteopathic Hospitals in St. Louis, Mo.

She received her degree in osteopathic medicine from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri, graduating magna cum laude.
