The Center for Healthy Aging’s Virtual Wellness Series will kick off this fall with a two-part series, Living with Alzheimer’s for Caregivers, from 2-3:30 p.m. on Mondays, Oct. 19 and 26. This virtual educational talk will be presented by guest speaker Tara DeLuca, a care consultant with the Hudson Valley chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

DeLuca will provide answers to many of the questions that arise in the middle stage of Alzheimer’s disease. Those include developing a care team, treatment options, communicating and connecting, legal and financial planning, coping strategies and maximizing independence. This program is open to caregivers and people with Alzheimer’s.

To register, visit or call Nancy Walsh at (845) 876-4745 (TTY/Accessibility: 1-800-421-1220). All registrants will receive an email confirmation with the link to access the event.
