The mid-Hudson Valley will soon be home to obstetrics and gynecology, anesthesiology and transitional year medical residents as part of the recent expansion of Health Quest Medical Education programs. Breast milk donations are helping babies in need, including preemies and infants in neonatal intensive care units.
