Visiting Hours

To ensure a healthy and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic, Nuvance Health has implemented the following visitation policy. These guidelines will help you prepare for your next visit to a Nuvance Health hospital or facility.

COVID-19 Temporary Visitation Policy and Hours

Hospital Etiquette

Please partner with us to maintain the best healing environment for our patients. We encourage you to use the hand foam-sanitizer provided when entering and exiting a patient’s room. It’s also best to limit the number of visitors to two at all times, and if you are ill, please consider staying home.

Children are welcome to visit but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Due to sensitivity and the risk of infection, we request that you do not bring children under the age of 13 to visit patients in our various Intensive Care/Critical Care Units.

Curbside Services valets will park your car for you. They will also help you manage wheelchairs and other equipment, perform minor car repairs such as jump-starting dead batteries, provide directions to destinations within the hospital and, in inclement weather, stand ready with umbrellas.
