Making a Gift to Vassar Brothers Medical Center
Vassar Brothers Medical Center is a charitable, not-for-profit organization that relies on community support to continue its proud tradition of delivering compassionate patient care to people living and working in the Mid-Hudson Valley. We offer many ways to give and we welcome your support.
The easiest way to give is to make an online donation. We welcome donations of any amount and promise they will be put to excellent use!
Our Planned Giving Program offers a variety of deferred gift options (such as a bequest through your will, securities, annuities and life insurance), allowing you to provide sustained support through a customized program that fits your specific tax and estate planning needs.

Ways to Give
Other ways to support Vassar Brothers Medical Center include:
- The Gift of Health – Grateful Patient Program presents an easy way to say “thank you” to the VBMC physician, nurse or caregiver who made a difference to you or a family member. The person whom you are honoring will receive a letter of gratitude.
- Tribute and Memorial Gifts, which are meaningful ways to honor family, friends and special occasions or memorialize a loved one. We will send a personal letter to the designated family members to inform them of your thoughtful gift. The gift amount will not be disclosed.
- Event Sponsorships are designed to raise important financial support for the Medical Center. The Foundation for VBMC hosts several events throughout the year, which thrive because of the sponsorship support from medical groups, businesses and friends across the community.
