Our patient resources include patient portals for online access to your health records, hospital guides and patient education on common medical conditions.

At Health Quest, our patient-centered, compassionate care extends to all aspects of your hospital experience. Our patient resources include hospitalists (physicians who see patients solely in the hospital) and Spanish interpreters who are focused on your medical care in the hospital. Chaplains and chapels provide spiritual solace to you and your family whenever you need it. And case managers help with any issues you may have during your stay as well as coordinate post-discharge care, making sure your path to recovery starts off right.

Patient Portals

MYHQ247, our Health Quest patient portal, gives you secure online access so you can check your health records, test results and visits, message physicians and request appointments. Please note we have three different portals, one to access your hospital records, one to access your Health Quest Medical Practice (HQMP) and Health Quest Urgent Care records and one to access your records at The Heart Center.
