Get Fit Hudson Valley Kickoff Party

Join us for a day of fitness and fun as we kick off the Get Fit Hudson Valley challenge! The first 50 attendees will receive a complimentary 'The Hudson Valley is my gym' T-shirt or water bottle, so get here early!
Some exciting activities include:
- Complimentary bike rentals for Walkway Over the Hudson
- Farmers market provided by Poughkeepsie Plenty
- Mini Get Fit challenge course with a 4-pass prize to The Gravity Vault
- Nutrition table with recipes and samples
- Hydration station for water bottle refills
- Training demos, and more!
Plus! Group exercise classes will be offered on the hour:
10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Orange 60, a high-intensity, full-body workout to help you burn calories up to 36 hours after exercising. By Orangetheory Fitness Poughkeepsie.
11 a.m. – Noon
Resistance Training by ECS Exercise offers low-impact strength training with resistance bands and other equipment to strengthen your core.
12:15 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Pound by Crunch Poughkeepsie offers cardio interval training with a serious fun factor — instead of weights, you use drumsticks.

For those unfamiliar, Get Fit Hudson Valley is a 6-week fitness challenge encouraging the Hudson Valley community to be active and stay in shape at our 80+ ally locations in 5 different counties.
